Everest Holdings possesses deep expertise in the multifamily sector, encompassing a broad range of investment strategies and services. Our experience involves both principal investments and advisory services, including acquisitions under value add and income strategies, preferred equity investments, ground-up construction, entitlements, fractured condominiums and assemblages.
Since the GFC, Everest has invested in 14 multifamily assets totaling approximately 3,300 units. This has included five acquisitions, six preferred equity investments and three development projects. Everest has also provided advisory and expert witness services for a variety of assignments, ranging from high level recommendations on master development strategy, capital structure and development feasibility to more hands-on involvement with operational turnarounds. Our investment activity and advisory services are grounded in extensive market knowledge, a thorough understanding of multifamily dynamics and a focus on value creation.
