Everest Holdings possesses deep expertise in the office sector, encompassing a broad range of investment strategies and services. Our experience includes principal investments, along with property management and advisory services, often involving deep value add strategies rooted in change of use, renovation, tenant improvements, spec buildouts and/or lease up.

Since the GFC, Everest has acquired 10 office buildings within 7 projects totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet. This has included both single- and multi-tenant properties, as well as buildings with high vacancy and/or other operational challenges. Everest also provides third-party property management and/or advisory services for a variety of assignments, ranging from high level recommendations on master development strategy, capital structure and development feasibility to more hands-on involvement with operational turnarounds. Our investment activity, property management and advisory services are grounded in extensive market knowledge, a thorough understanding of office dynamics and a focus on value creation.
