The seller was an entity formed by the FDIC as receiver for Union Bank, NA. The property was originally developed by Williams Lyon Homes as part of the Hastings Farms master planned community. The property is zoned for general commercial uses. Everest intends to hold the property until there is greater demand for retail and commercial development.
