Everest Holdings acquired a 56 acre land parcel in unincorporated Maricopa County, near the corner of Glendale Avenue and Dysart Road. The seller was Liberty National, LP. Everest plans to entitle the property for single family detached homes. The purchase price was $3.45 million.
