Everest’s land group brings more than 40 years of combined experience in acquisitions, entitlements and developments. The land group is focused on acquiring all types of land, including unentitled, partially complete, and fully infrastructured land in major growth markets. Everest has acquired land entitled for a variety of uses including multifamily, retail, industrial, and for-sale residential. Everest’s frequent target markets include Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico and California. Since its inception in 2002, Everest has acquired, financed, and sold in excess of 4,000 single family lots.
