Ryan O’Donovan leads Everest’s land acquisitions and due diligence efforts. He oversees site selection, market analysis, business plan development, contract negotiations, and various Company relationships. Most recently, Mr. O’Donovan was a Senior Financial Analyst for Meritage Homes and was directly involved in the structuring and closing of more than $300 million in land bank and joint venture transactions. Prior to Meritage, he was a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Finance with Comerica Bank.

Mr. O’Donovan graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is also an active member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona, ULI and the Men’s Arts Council of the Phoenix Art Museum.
